CGTalk - misss shader displacement

ok here is one for you guys... i am using the misss mental shader plugged into the mixlayer8 shader. i have a layer that i want to have displacenment on the mixlayer8 shader. i cant figure out how to do this. can i?

here is what i mean. i want the blood to have displacement....(skin and blood are different layers)
