hello, this is my vfx demo, it´s been a while since I started, over the years I tried to do a little bit of everything, CG explotions and gun shots ,matte paintings, UFO´s, making my dog talk...

Looks good, I think the commet at the end would leave a big hole in the road though.

i liked like the truck being sucked to the sky and guy getting hit by truck.

in the liquid metal animation the reflection changes suddenly. there are some other poblems too like in the shot with the car getting hit by the fire ball the car tracking is glitchy.

thanks a lot for your replies and comments. I will improve in the next ones, sometimes is hard to consider all the phisics involved on a effect.

pretty cool man.. i liked when the dude stopped the truck from hitting him... and also all those winter scenes! but the rest.. iono. they all looked kinda low budget. no offense or anything, they just look a lil unrealistic. playing with the timing on some of them would definitely help sell them, as the actual work (3d models and effects) arent that bad. of course, this is only my 2 cents. :D good job tho, looks like a lot of work!

they are all actually low low budget, :rolleyes: most of the where done just for fun, me and my camera , one day of work, just to see if I could do it... I´m trying to improve in photography.

some pretty cool stuff but... you said you did most of them in a days work, but somehow that turned into seven years of work?

yeap, is just that i´m only showing the best ones,.. I had to do many ugly and bad ones to get to this "not so bad" point.. so, behind every effect there is at least 3 bad tryes

once I got the method to do it , it usually took a day to complete,........ but for example the model of the truck took me 5 days,..
