ROCKSTAR GAMES TORONTO is one of the premiere internal development studios for world renowned video game developer ROCKSTAR GAMES. We most recently released The Warriors for PS2 and Xbox.
SENIOR TECHNICAL ARTIST
Responsibilities:
· Develops and maintains tools and procedures so game art assets meet or exceed technical specification.
Qualifications:
· Highly skilled with 3D modeling packages (3DS Max preferred) and Photoshop.
· Strong fundamental 2D and 3D art skills with a discerning eye for quality.
· Skilled in use of Max script, and/or other applicable scripting or programming languages.
· Solid understanding of technical aspects of art assets and how they relate to games.
· Passionate about games, and keeps up to date with the latest advances in the field.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills and communicates easily and effectively with both Programmers and Artists.
