it's coming along, but i have a few complaints
1. her arms are too skinny, theyre skin and bones if that
2. the elbow is kinda like... not there... work a bunch on that area
3. something about her face screams "computer generated!" i know that doesn't help but if someone could help me out, something looks odd, reminds me of an everquest character
4. add some to the torso area... like maybe some muscle tone in the abs or something... and i think she's a bit too skinny above the waste, but just a bit
it's a good start, keep working at it, if you disagree with anything i've said that's fine, i'm just giving you my honest opinion... i'm brand new to 3d art so i'm just telling you from an audience point of view, not co-worker

The head is slightly too big. And it needs a more realistic skin texture for my tastes.

Looking pretty good, but I also have some crit. All of what riven said. The ears look odd in front view, the lip corners and dents are odd, I think you should make the eyebrow a seperate object, and that's all I notice right now.
