anyone know how to rig this in max? i know perfectly how to do it in maya, but am stuck in max. For exemple, I should add a simple orientation constraint from the "ball foot" to the "help ball foot", but that doens't work out.

I know the "pepeland" method with wiring the footroll but this reverse footsetup is much quicker (and without wiring/scripting)

anyone know the max setup for this, i have made the base rig right below

many thanks in advance!

You'll need two more IK chains - one from the foot bone to the toe bone, and one from the toe bone to the little nub bone at the end. Then just link the "ankle" IK to the nub at the end of the reverse foot, the "toe" IK to the second bone in the reverse foot, and the "ball" IK to the third bone in the reverse foot.

Refining the long bone of the reverse foot at the ball will also give you the ability to pivot on the ball of the foot; a useful addition to the rig.
