Much like there is for max, is there a resource collector for combustion? Or an easy way to gather all of your footage into one folder?

I know it's good practice to keep footage all in one place, but for those times that it's not it would be handy to know a quick and easy way to find all of the files.

Thanks.

I think >> this product (http://www.handmadedigital.com/index-5.html) << by Handmade Digital is exactly what you are looking for.

On another note, there is a resource collector for max?!?!? really? I should check these things out . . . if only it set up all the folders like Maya does when you start a project.

If you want all of the folder like maya just create a template project folder with the structure you want. Then copy and paste the Template folder into a projects folder and rename it. Presto instant consistant project structure.

Personally I like that system much much more than Maya's default project structure. How does Alias know how I want to order my project? I use a standardized project organization and I can then use the same directory structure in both Maya, Max, Combustion and whatever program I need to use.

And don't even get me started on XSI's project structuring system. They force you to save your scene files to a specific project folder. You can then copy it without any kind problems somewhere else, but only being able to save by default to a very specific folder is a real chore. Especially when you have a multiplatform directory structure... anyway... that was kind of an off topic rant.

Thanks. The resource collector in Max is found in the utilities panel.
