I've downloaded lots of games for my phone, a lot of them are mediocre but there have been a few belters. Doom RPG is just fantastic and I've been regularly playing Midnight Pool for nearly a year!

I got a new phone a few weeks ago that runs windows mobile. A lot of the games from pdamills.com are just amazing! Maybe not up to psp or ds standards, but definitely well beyond what my gba can do.
