CGTalk - Merge Vertex Plugin

Does anyone know of a good plugin that extends the merge vertex functions?

I'd like to pull and drag vertice on top of other ones to merge them. Like you would in Max.

point snap then merge them :)

yup hold down "v" and move the vertex to the vertex you want to weld it to.

Ive missed that feature as well, maybe theres a .mel way for doing it ?

This only Snaps the Vertex in Place, but doesnt automatically weld it.

dude ! just snap them and then select both and merge ! it wont take you no more than 5 seconds
