Search for "point modelling" in this forum, I am sure I have given a detailed explaination before. It's very simple once you get it.

In case you get confused by what you find:

1/ to be able to use points, you need a polygon object. So create a polygon object and then go to structure>add points.
2/ create your points, duplicate them (structure manager, copy, paste), then move them
3/ use the create polygon tool to create polys from them. One, two, three simple clicks, four (last) double click.

After this first row you can use the bridge tool

sorry to ask again but which method is good for modeling from bluepring (i.e car modelling or head modeling)?

i tried add point then creat polygons but in render the object either wase cutty or bumpy. like picture below, is there any other ways to do modeling? seen some tut on boxe modeling but they aren't explained well.

Two words: "align normals"

Look that up, it will help you greatly.
