is it hard to make like this in AE? Without other input fire movie, is it possible to make like that?

You won't need any external footage, but you surely need some extra tools. Creating such effects without complementary tools/plugins, especially if it's something as complicated as realistic fire, is not possible in plain AE. Most likely the real thing was done using a 3D program, but with some tweaking I guess you could come close using e.g. Trapcode's Particular.

There's a good tutorial on creative cow about doing this using fractal noise. I took a shot at it once. I didn't get it just right, but since it was for a cartoon I got the look I was going for.
