If you are using Vue 5 - not 5 Infinite then I'm sorry, it doesn't have the Plant Editor.

One reason your planet may not render is that it may be obscured by the atmosphere you have selected. Lots of fog, haze, clouds can cover a planet. Try it with another atmosphere.

True, Vue 5 does not have the plant editor. But if you want to, you can buy the Botanica module for your Vue at e-on. Then you have it too.


If you want to know how it works beforehand, it might be a good idea to download the demo of Pro Studio or Infinite and play with it first. Just a thought.

You might want to check some of the tutorials at e-on:

Some of them are for Vue 5 Esprit and might help you to get started.
