I was wondering what people are using to ensure that they dont lose work. I try to save often, but i always get into what i'm doing and then PS will crash and i'll loose a good chunk of work.

Is there an auto save?

Is there a reminder program out there that i could use?

What is a good solution for this. Max has this awesome autosave setup.. I have not lost more than 3 minutes of work in ages. In PS sometimes i'll loose like 10-30 minutes of work when i really get into what i'm working on.

From what I know is that all these utilities (and the ones I didn't list) work by simulating Ctrl+S at intervals, which isn't the perfect solution in my opinion (no version control).
