I like it alot, however I'm not sure whether you are attempting to achieve a stone effect or a skin effect. If it be the latter, you may want to take back, the amount of bump.
Its looking alot like a cross between leather and stone.

Well, its nice modeling, but the rusted metal look is kinda off. Its close, cept it is way too uniform. Usually, rust doesnt form in such an even way. Try to darken and lighten certain areas randomly and u may achieve a much better effect. Keep going at it :)

That's a really powerful pic, I'm bothered by the teeth and the indistinguishable bright spot on the right side.

About the image: the material is Cooked Stone, not Rusted Metal... I tried to obtain a strange effect mixing a very concrete material with soft surrounds and contrasting lights. :wip:

That is an intresting picture. Since it is more of an artsy (i.e. not realism, not cartoon) image, I would leave it as it is.
