Hey I heard about MEL Studio Pro and saw it put into use. I absolutely love the plugin. But I dont want to pay $125 for something that Im not going to use alot of the time(high school student). So I checked out the IDE thread http://www.digimation.com/software/...?product_id=162 (http://www.digimation.com/software/asp/products_demo.asp?product_id=162) and found out about MEL Studio LE "light". But the thing is the link they provide doesnt exist and I can't find a link on google. So can anyone help?

No, I havent heard of that one. Is context built into Maya so that you can just execute the code like the script editor. I cant download the file now because Im at my school's computer and they have a program blocker that disables downloading. Thanks though Ill Check it out later. But can anyone still help me with MEL Studio LE?

Mel Studio LE is still over at Digimation (http://www.digimation.com/home/?Content=softwarehome.html) but you'll need to create a free account to grab it.
- Create account etc / Login (via your email account)
- Back at Digimation (http://www.digimation.com/home/?Content=softwarehome.html) browse to 'Maya Plugins' then 'Mel Studio Pro'
- Click 'Downloads and Demo'
- you'll get a link to follow and download via the 'Download Queue'
- use the supplied password to install
..but I have no idea why it's so well hidden!!

They must wanna have some control over the people who download MEL Studio LE. For example the amount of people that has downloaded it, with what purpose, etc...
