Hi everybody..
Well this is my very first posting !!
This piece was made as a project for the -MA Digital Effects- I am currently taking at Bournemouth University UK.
It incorporates a cg "submarine" modelled and rendered in Houdini, composited against a backplate of a miniature set shooted with an SDX 900 video camera.
Practical effects were shoted with the same camera: water bubbles in water tank, smoke, these were shooted against black screen.
everything was composited finally in shake.
You can download various quality versions of the piece, depending on you connection, I suggest to have a look to at least the medium quality stuff, so you can see all the detail.
