you need to think more about the depth of the scene, where the characters are positioned in relation to each other. The top half of the archer on the right and her hand reaching out to the shoulder would suggest she is standing behind the crouching character, but you've drawn her legs infront of the crouching character - that doesn't make sense.
Also, the crouching character seems very big. I'm guessing the archer would only come up to his belly button, is that scale difference intended?

1st, cheers, hermano ;)
2nd, you should clean it, ya know, define the trace, with at least some final art, so it wont look so rushed. the guy crouched looks like he's a giant. is he a giant ? :D
it will be much better when you add some details and final art. (arte final)

You might want to think about proportions in your characters. The archer's torso seems a bit long compared with her legs.

thanks guys your crits really help me ALOT
Geocities doesn't support direct linking to images. I suggest you read jeroentje's post at the top of this forum for alternative image hosting sites.
I changed your image link to a URL which can be drag-n-dropped to the address window (raise your hand if you're a geocities drag-n-drop pro by now :D ).
