How should I go about getting my render more in focus. Aliasing looks good, but what can I change about the camera to get the image to look cleaner. Filter? or camera.

What filter (triangle etc) are you currently set to?

I am currently set to Box filter, but what should it really be for interior render? with what settings.

try using the filter Lanczos :)
