View Full Version : How to Lock an object? easy ?? I bet
Projectkmo 12-28-2002, 06:12 PM I'm using 2 planes as image planes in Max 5...to aid in my modeling...But, I keep selecting the planes by accident and it's a tad annoying. I tried using the image plane option in max 5 but got a tad frustratd with it so I went back to just useing regular planes with texture maps. Anyway to lock those 2 planes to keep me from selecting them by accident?
many thanks in advance!

Just select the object, go to the display tab, untick "Show Frozen In Gray" in the Display Properties roll out and finally hit "Freeze Selected" in the Freeze rollout!
Hope this helps... :surprised

Hates_, why do you say you ran after looking at that tutorial? Did it look tuff? or did it look like the wrong way to do things? I know that style of patch modeling the head is just one of many ways...but I was just wondering why you said you ran? lol....
I'll admit though.....it's taking me awhile to get through it...but again, i'm just starting back into the 3d world.
as for animating her and having a porno....well, You don't see many Male 3d modles anywhere online....seems we all want to make hot chicks...lol

Ran because I'm still trying to learn and looked too much effort :surprised Hehehe. I know I really should give it a try. I've read most of it, just haven't really put it to use
