Can you give a little more detail as to what you are trying to achieve?

check out www.dvgarage.com , for a basic tutorial on how to do blue and greenscreen removal.
for some basic info :
After you shoot your bluescreen footage , you can key(remove) the bluescreen by using a color keyer found in all the compositing softwares. You can than add a new background or take this footage and mix it with other footage , anything you want. the process is not complicated , but getting it right takes time and practice.
Hope that helps.
PS:where in Istanbul do you live?

I would just like to add that the inbuild keyer in AFX in my opinion is not that flexible (even the one in the ProBundle).
But there is a thirdparty keyer-plugin from Ulitmate, that really rocks.

I think that's the one, even though it seemed to be a bit old. Have a try and see how it works
