my Q is that i wana do a design for the new year and i wana wright in it Happy new year and i wana to let on the word a little of snow hope u understand me ;)

so plz any 1 know the answer help me

You can use a particle system to create the snow and put a deflector on your text...
Is that what you wanted?

I don't remember who was the author of this script, but well, maybe can help you creating a litttle snow to an object

Use a top/bottom material. It's the BEST way.

Or you could use a parray and make the top polys of the text the emitter...use meta-particle type.
