View Full Version : Vehicle: Custom Jurassic Park Jeep
brianellebracht 12-27-2002, 11:25 PM I posted this in the W.I.P section and didn't get much response. I have spent alot of time on this I would appreciate any comments you may have. Making this for a personal project that I am working on, I am going to have the windows off and there will be a Raptor driving it down my street infront of my house, and another one sticking its head out the window. Hope you like it, The model is pretty much finnished. THanks,
Brian

i really love the jeep design, but the smilies turn me off of it all. First off smilie lights are just.. weird to me, and they look like plastic models over lights, lights would have to be semi-transparent and have bulbs in them. Also the eyebrows on the faces make them look devious, as if, if you drive this vehicle you will get into trouble.. just my 2 cents. :)

I agree about the lights, but I added the smiley faces with the teeth because the Raptors will be driving it. The "Smilies" are just "caps" that cover the lights like the KC caps. I had different covers on it before (no Smilies), witch is on the composited image that I added, but its not working right now... Hopefully they will come back up. Thanx for the reply,
Brian

I expect to see a Ford or Mercedes Off Road Car here :p
But the Jeep also looks cool. The Cars in the movie had more color or?
Do U plan to render a nice Pic...something like "driving through the dangerous park!" ?

Your model looks fantastic, Brian, totally realistic. And the compositing is great. It all looks like a real photo. Keep up the good work. :buttrock:
