He looks great! He has a _very_ familiar face. Is he based on a celebrity? Good geometry, especially the mouth.

the top of his head seems a tad too big to me. You captured that bald head shape well though.

Also you could add a lot more detail to his texture if you're going for a realistic face. More subtleties such as moles, stubble, scars, pores, and wrinkles.

For the familiar, I didn't used reference image to modeled it, it's a fantasy work, but for the texture I don't know if I can do better it's the second times that I do a texure for face if u know some tuts to get great texture please send to me.

Looks really good but I agree with bodyrott the head looks a little too tall and the bottom lip looks to sharp. I would like some head texturing tuts as well please:p.
