Any crits? Not sure of what level I want to add before i attempt texturing.

It looks a little too blocky to me. Even though tanks are meant to be blocky, this one seems too blocky. Also, the front of the tank's main body seems a little too flat. But then that's just my personal preference.

Great hover tank though :).

Im about to begin texturing it, but im not sure the best way to go about it. Can anybody tell me the best way to do UVW unwrapping? (tutorials?)

i like the design :) but for a hover tank, it needs some more small details (gas tubes, wires, etc.)
and maybe you should put the head a bit lower, so it looks more evil.
great start!

Finally decided to work more on this model. This is all Ive got to post right now.

I need ideas of what else to add for more detail.

Check out some pictures of real tanks, http://tanxheaven.com/ has some good close up photos in their reference gallery which may give you the inspiration you're looking for.
Your model looks good so far but more, fine surface detail would certainly increase the realism.
