Graphire has I believe only 512 levels of pressure where the Intuous 3 has 1024.

The Intuous has multiple brushes as addons you can purchase from the Illlustration Pen to teh airbrush and the 6d pen. The graphire only supports the pen it comes with and the mouse.

The Intuous has tilt support within Photoshop and painter and other apps where the graphire does not.

I am sure the LPI is much higher on the Intuous as well, though I am unsure what they are off teh top of my head.
