Is there any function in AE? Like PS, I can link them and transform them together.

Umm, I mean reading the manual and searching for those keywords would help perhaps?! I really don't see why you want to use AE if you don't make the slightest effort to get to know it on your own and at least do the most obvious thing like RTFM.
