Odd. I like it, though the background should be a bit different. The character gets lost because of that. Even if you meant to 'merge' it with bg, delimit it in other way, like a bg much draker, or something.

Thanks for the ideas. I tried messing with the background colors but it didn't look that good. Making it darker only made the gown disappear. It seems to me that the only part that really gets lost in the background is the gown. That is because I used the background texture to form the wrinkles in it.
As for weird, yeah. it is. My wife said it best after seeing this, "you are so weird. I don’t get you sometimes."
