Hey, I have a small effect that needs to be done fairly soon for a birthday present to a friends neice.

Anyways, the effect was done earlier, but lost, and so now he needs it done again, but the original creator is nowhere to be found.

Oh my gosh it looks like some ghastly preset on some crappy home editing software that you'd buy at Walmart.

what software is available to you or are you comfortable with?

Looks like something an editing package could do with a preset.

I assume you have the original footage as well?
