Cant really crit this, i am not at a stage where i can make something better then this. I see a lot of work went in to this, so all I can say is great job!
Looks good.
The ear is a bit strange.
Other than that, the only thing I would suggest would be to try to build your wireframe in a muscular way...it's a great effort on doing so as I can notice, especially around the mouth and the eye but if you try to animate it, you might have some problems to achieve the extreme expression. For example, the spline going from the mouth to the ear should follow your jaw..your jaw turns, it does not connect to your ear. I'm just giving some critics because you asked for them! ;) Because it's a nice model :D
I normally try to keep quads as well, it avoids some problems.
Keep it up!

Thanks for the crits. I forgot to say that the ear is actually a separate mesh (theres only one ear ^_^) I took from other model I made. :) Im thinking to make another one.
To be honest, when I started to model this head, I have no idea what is the proper edgloop structure that reperesents the real human muscle. The cheekbone edgeloop is one of the biggest mistake I made. Did anyone notice other mistake(s)?
echo: you mean the edge loop from the mouth to the ear is wrong? Can you show me the 'correct' one? ^_^ You said that the ear is strange, were you reffering the shape or the placement?
Icarus: thanks :)
I will try to find the image I have to build all my models...but I have a new computer and I'm not sure if I kept it.
I'll get back to you on this one
