View Full Version : Motion capture in Max.
alpotnis 12-26-2002, 10:57 AM hey guys ..... its regarding the motion capture files for max.
I have a motion capture data - file fromat .HTR, is there any way that i could load this in max biped. I know that max does not support HTR files, but is there any way around this.
Can i convert the motion capture data from HTR to bip, bvh or csm.

One way I know that works is using Kaydara Motion builder.
There is a trial download at www.kaydara.com (http://www.kaydara.com) in the downloads section.

nirishere- you need character studio to use bip files. If you have it, then make a biped (create panel>systems>biped. Then select any part of the biped, make sure it's not in figure mode (all biped stuff is done under the motion tab), then there should be a load button in the motion panel somewhere near the top- this is where you load .bip files.
