hi everybody,

i was asking myself if there are some other good animation plugins
as Character Studio...

Character Studio is a exellent animation tool but it
isn´t that easy

so is there another (perhabs better)
plugin for animation (i want to animate a human figure)
for 3ds max (5)

PS: i know there`s other animation packages (bones pro 3...)
but are they good / better???

you can get a 1 year license of Motionbuilder for $100 from 3dbuzz.com pluse free training...alot of people like it!

but

is Character Studio the best animation tool
or is Bones Pro or another plugin better...???

Not sure if this is up your alley, but I've been having some good experiences with charRigger by Comet (http://www.comet-cartoons.com/toons/). I'm still learning the ins-and-outs of it, but I like it very much so far.

Stroker has a good lead on this one. Michael Comet's site is very informative and he offers tons of scripts and tutorials FREE!

If you are new to character rigging - this is a great starting place.
