Ive just spent some time modeling a car and wanna use mental ray and a HDRI

Ive got a car model, a basic scene, lights, HDR image, and mental ray all ready in Maya.

First of all, how do i set up a HDR image in maya? do i link the image to the render globals, material, mental ray material.... im confused.

Any tips from anyone?

A good bet would be to start with an IBL (image based lighting) node created from the render settings window.
