I think its more the length Mario. a dragons wing should be almost as long as its body.

Yes, I think you need to increase the wingspan without making the wing bones any thicker. It may also help to add a couple more "finger" bones supporting the wing membranes. Other than that I think it looks fine.

Thanks for your comments mates, I ve followed them and I ve increased the size of the wings, hope now it´s ok. Appart from that I ve started texturing the diffuse map, still much work to do ;)
