Very Nice. A few things. One how did you make the palm trees? I mean like are they instances or spirtes? two could you post a wire? and three maybe show some renders of the viewer in the town/environment.

Hello,:)

Wow, that is a lot of polys, hehe

I dont know if you noticed also, but I find its missing an important color....blue, it would look real nice if you find an area to put some water maybe?

It could work where you have deeper parts of the terrain, also...the trees, its taking attention away from the buildings itself...which shows your modelling.....I suggest you change the color of them to darker green, change size/heights for varieties, and remove some unimportant ones (which would lower your polys too :bounce: )

.......nice lighting though

lighting is setting the Dusk or Dawn moode effectively. This surrounding jungle area could use some lower level vegitation, the ground seems too barren. Of course if youll never see it with the camera why build it. I would like to see some shots of the camera angles you had in mind.

That's a very dense scene lol. Great work on the lighting, I love the colorization. Good job on the modeling, I like the details that I can somewhat view, and the trees look awesome. Keep it up :D

This has that Far Cry feel to it. Just add some water someplace and you will have it...

thanks for your comments. this shot will start with an extreme zoom back from the house to the complete view of an island.the square you see will stay in 3d and the bigger part of the island will made with matte painting.

in that case I suggest some bushes, if system performance is a issue maybe you can use the Xrefrence feature in max. Your useing max right?
