View Full Version : strange thing in maya 7.0 with mental ray

This hapens first time to me.Hope it is last time...

In viewport my character stands on a plane.But in render my character is half his size under the plane...I render with mental ray

I think it has something with light position,because in script editor it says somethin like "could not calculate angle between polysurface24(just example) and polysurface 23...And when i change light's position my character's position also changes(more or less into the plane)...

Maybe bug,maybe it can be fixed,maybe not? U tell me guys...
