Nice dude. I would loose the blade of grass, you've alredy demonstrated you can do that in a few other places, and really that could be done dynamically, Take that out and increase the quality of the movie. Output to .wmv. Even at 1000+ K you will still get a file that should be just a few megs.

really awesome rigs!!
i loved them all! and also i liked the flash player! it loaded right up for me and played few problems.
ONE thing that i've seen in a few other TD reels is showing close ups on the deformation and how the wireframes are effected. but i think thats the only thing that's missing from this. other than that i was really impressed!
** oh and how do you guys capture the screen and record yourself moving the mouse? :p

Sam, you can use a program like Camtasia for screen capture, however your box needs to be fast to get a decent res. and frame capture rate while doing all of the stuff your doing to your rig. My recomendation for screen capture is to get a video capture card, take the signal from your computer's svideo out (hopefully you have one) on a clone mode and push it through the capture card. A decent prosumer videocapture card costs about the same as Camtasia. The advantage to a card is that the only labor your box is doing to take the capture is copying files in the background, where as with screen capture program the application is taxing your box as well as copying files and running your 3d application.
