look at this file. it's an older model i made. I can't tell a thing without wires, so look at the model and more importantly the modifier stack. The order of the modifiers in the stack are also important.
By teh way, the way your dragon seems smoothed/subdivided suggests you have a very bad topology.

please crop the image to only include the important elements. some additional views and wireframe view would be helpful.
it's looking better than the last one - you are improving.
let's see a wire! ;)

you still have way too many edgeloops, and there are heaps of unnessecary vertex in the nose and lower lip area.
I've made a quick dragon in the style of yours, I've put several stages of the modeling in different layers, so check out layers 1-4/5 to see how i would model something like this.
Ps.: it's not a very pretty model, it's just to clear up what technique you could use.

oh..... i just.... oh.. so thats how they mirror the thing, lol, forgot to mirror it that way.. thnx alot... but i think i will just try to work on my dragon some more, and then maybe i'll remodel it later... i'm in the learning face right now.... so... but THNX...

- use the mirror modifier, as has already been mentioned to you in the other thread you started on this same subject.
- you say you don't understand the modeling concepts, which is why i gave you some really good tutorials in the last thread you started on the same subject, but you clearly have not even looked at them. so how do you expect to learn?

OMG just look them up in your other thread!
if you're too lazy to do that then no one can help you.
