I've seen a couple of website banners of late (can't find the links now) that had an image that "rippled" like dropping something into some water. I've had a play around with the Ripple operator but can't get these kinds fo results- canIdo this effect in Combustion?

Like this effect (http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/RedefineDesktopCompositing.pdf).I believe to make these type of effects is necessary other filters (like displace) and use of 3D system
