View Full Version : How to play an AVI within a Max animation?

I remember being able to do this years ago....but I've been out of the 3D sceen for sometime and I'm having a hard time recalling how to do this...

I'd like to be able to play an AVI. or some Form of a movie file...DIVX,.MOV, etc....within one of my 3D Max sceens...as if it was a Movie Screen on the wall in the Max sceen...

anyone know a link to a tutorial for this...

any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's pretty easy :D All you need to do is apply your .avi or.mov as a texture. Just choose bitmap as your texture and pick your movie and apply it to whatever surface...
