hi, posting this, and hopefully some people here can give some good adivce on this image or digital painting in general, i am really new, so help!

You're new? Definately awesome!

I love the idea of the background, the big moon is awesome.

May I suggest you make the background city larger and maybe a bit more prominent, it seems like the path the tanks are taking heads there so emphasising it a bit more might work.

I really like your style,...I don't know if you want to push it to a less brushy style, but it really great at even at this step.
Keep this fresh look (love the forms of the road and the way that you put the tanks on)

how would i go about for a "less brushy style"?

i try that i think, but it ends up having a brushy style,
i used to do 3d, and this 2d stuff is really difficuilt!!

what do you think ?, i think it looks a little better, not to sure about the city, was woundering about making it bigger, but not to sure how to go about it,

It looks great for me!
Just a thing: You have added some contrast, and now maybe the foreground (tanks) needs to be more present. Some moon reflection (or color) could be helpfull...
Anway, I like your style.
