View Full Version : Accumilative B&W color sequence.

I have a sequence that starts black and introduces areas of white, it represents the area where a 3D object intersects a plane.

I would like the white areas to accumilate creating a wet map for a fluid dynamics simulation that I am working on. In other words any time white is in the sequence I want it to paint the frame white and never again turn black regardless of the next frame.

Seems like a simple thing really but I can't get a clean setup going in AE 6.5 Pro. I got close with CC time Blend FX and some echo, but I would really prefer to generate a crisp wet map sequence.

As a test bed you could animate a white circle on a black field, then render and load that sequence making a trail of the white circle's path.

I will be stoked if someone can solve this for me!
