i don't believe you didn't get more replies yet ! I really like the head seems well built, reminds me of one of the "heroins" from the series "CSI" ( mostly her lip position). One thing i don't like as much though are the ears seen from the front view :they seem to be a tad fare from the head ..
about the body : i will only critisize the "blue part" as the rest seems to be more wip ( ie the arms not beeing too defines etc )
the neck area looks good but the top of the breasts seems a litlle flat ? (could be the lighting though)

I would move the ears up just a tad so that the very top of the ear is maybe 1 centimeter above the eyebrow if the head is held straight.
