Hello you guys,
I m trying to find out a bit about the skinPercent -rtd command, but since I m just starting to learn mel I was wondering a few things and maybe someone allready looked into that and could shed some light....
With skinPercent -rtd you can set back weights on selected vertex/ices to it s default value it had when it was first skinned.
What I am wondering now is how that one works, and from what I assume there are only 2 ways to realize that. Either if there s a second weight matrix in the background where it just copies the values from to the selected vertex, or if maya "re-skins" the vertex in question and applies the settings from the skin modifier to it again to re-apply the "default" weighting...
Thanks for your help in advance,
c.
