View Full Version : Castle Halls Texture

I made a post in the WIP 3d Stills section, but it didn't really get much attention. I think it's really a texturing problem anyway. I'm trying to create a grand sort of palace hallway with some bits of medieval castle like architecture mixed in as well. I like the marble look, but it's all very basic textures and doesn't really look right for the scale I'm going for. You can see the scale I'm trying to attempt in the image. There's a doorway which is roughly 7 ft. high, so the scale I'm going for is about 20-24 ft. between the floor and the cieling.

Hey man, the link dosent work but if your looking for some good ideas for castle walls and midevil brick, check out some screenshots of a game called "Enclave" for x-box, the textures are awsome and will give you inspiration and ideas. Keep me updated.
