Hi this may be a routine quetion but how do you open maya 7 files in 6? What do you type in the rescript?

save the file as ".ma" the open it in notepad, there are few places that you have to change from "Maya 7.0" and change it to 6.0 or 6.5.
If you didnt use some new features that Maya 7 has it should work..
