I'm looking for tutorials that teach you how to make Bump,Diffuse,Colour maps in Photosohop from Photographs, Is there a technique for each map which can be used over and over again, or does it vary from photograph to photograph?

There are many diffrent tutorials available, my favorite are the ones from digital-tutors.com.
basic to advanced.

the one from gnomon called texture painting: fundamentals by paul campion is what your looking for. It is a great dvd but most of it can be summed up by using the desaturate feature in photoshop and adjusting levels to get each map.
