The idea for my concept is a man that is cought in the middle of heaven and hell after he dies... his actions in life were on the thin line of good and evil so hell and heaven want hims... The upper body of the soul at hand will have the form of an angel while, from the waist down, he will have the form of a devil...

Until the end of the month i am set to deliver one project that i have been making, and since that is about the time i told my bosh that i will resign/leave, i will probably have some free time to create this image...

Also, this is a chance to use lightwave a bit more and i also wanted to try a new freeware program called sharp constructor that seems quite nice...

Good luck to everyone...

Since i dont have much time (new job), if i cant finish this in time for the contest, i will continue on it as a personal piece... I modelled him poly by poly so far and i find it a quite good method to keep topology clean (way easier than with box modelling that i have been using so far)... I am also trying to keep him in as an imperfect form rather than going for the cute face and best body thing... i hope you like it... Any comments and suggestions are more than welcome...

I like it a lot, great concept!
If I were to crit I would say the forehead/eyebrow area is very strong and maybe too devil-like in nature?
Although perhaps this will look different once the textures and lighting are done.

Great work so far, I can't wait to see more. :applause:

first of all, Womgoose thanks a lot for your comments.... I am thinking of going this kind of face but eith a little more soft features, so you are right... I will change the expression and the features of the face a little bit later on, as you can see this is far from final... I just want to make the rest of the body first (yes yes another chicken legged dude but i might try another aproach)... Hope you like the update... (I think i like the low poly versio better)

Comments and critique more than welcome..
