I like the feel of you sketch so far. You don't have much detail, but I can tell what is going on. Can't wait to see more.

some rough lines. i'm not going to bother to much with sketching up things, i'm not aiming for photoreal anyway. the prespective sort of works, i think, but it's not all that important either, except for maybe the pictures on the wall. i want the rest of it kind of hazy and diffuse anyway.

Hi there, I like your concept. I think it would look cool if you had the little girl kneeling on the bed, looking at her mother/grandmother (?), maybe with a hand on her shoulder, to signify that she's dying, rather than just sick or convalescing.

Welcome to the challenge and keep going!

i reworked it a little bit, with more moving parts. any time a concept is done in five minutes, it's got to be good, so i think this is the one i'll stick with. i keep quoting radiohead whenever i work on this - "don't get sentimental, it always ends up drivel" just to keep things clean :)

Flip the girl around- having the girl pointing that way seems somehow distracting to the eye...the old woman and the window are the focal points, but the girl conflicts with that...
Aside of that...such a sad story..sob...

oh my god! your first concept! that is the most moving picture i have seen in a very long time! that makes me so sad!! really good!!

in my mind you should work on the first one.. just add details.. keep the light as blinding as it is... damn! :...(
