Hi, before i spend a lot of money can someone explain the difference between the copic original and copic sketch markers ? which set would be more suitable for rendering machines and battle scenes ?

I don't use the markers myself, but I get my Copic MultiLiners from Cult Pens (http://www.cultpens.com/index.html) in the Uk (they also sell the full range of markers). Cult Pens are very reliable and ship internationally. I can't recommend them enough...

The Sketch markers have a long tapered brush tip on one end. It's replaceable, but you can't use that tip on the original marker because the body shape is different.

The multiliners have a thin tip similar to a Rapidograph good for making thin even lines without much variation in the width.
