Looking pretty good.
I'm not sure I like the skin color being so pale. I think some more saturation would do it good, but that may be just me. The edges of the face and neck look a little blurred. Some more definition would be good there. Btw, is that the shadow of the sword across her face? In that case I'd suggest you make the shadows a lot deeper to properly get the message across.
The hair looks awesome though. A touch more shine in there, and it will start to really rock! :) Good work!
