I have an object approx. 12" x 6" x 6" that I need a 3D scan of. I don't need a finished model or any processing of any kind, just a "point-cloud" to model on top of in Max. Also don't need any texture maps.
I have had no luck finding a scanner service in the San Francisco Bay Area. Do they exist? I have attempted to contact 2 companies in the area, but neither seems to exist any more. It has to be local since the item cannot be shipped. Any tips would be appreciated.
